It’s time for our newest employee corner blog feature! This month, we will be covering Sai Divya, who is a Senior NetSuite Consultant. In this role, she is responsible for identifying business requirements and defining the processes that can help simplify a business’s day-to-day activities. She also helps with writing functional designs and carrying out prototyping. At Tvarana, she has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of activities and is currently working on 3 exciting projects. Each of these projects has been a valuable learning experience for her.
Sai Divya began working at Tvarana over 3.5 years ago when she was hired through a campus placement program. Growing up, she always had an interest in becoming a teacher, just like her mom. Working at Tvarana has allowed her to fulfill that wish by being a part of the SREC training for ERP and giving her the opportunity to mentor others. This role has been very impactful on her life, as it has introduced her to many clients and helped her explore herself.
Outside of work, Sai Divya enjoys spending time in nature, watching YouTube series, and listening to music. She likes watching a variety of Telegu shows on TV, but her all-time favorite is Amrutham, which she likes to watch during dinner every day! She is not as interested in movies; however, her husband is a movie buff, and they enjoy checking out all the new releases together.
Sai Divya’s favorite place in the world is her grandmother’s house, where she was born and brought up. She cherishes all the time she has spent there and made many childhood memories in her home. When she was young, she would gather with all her cousins on the veranda for storytime each night. After her exams, her family and cousins would also go on an exciting family trip to Chennai. Visiting home always brings a smile to her face because the house is like a museum where she can find all kinds of mementos from her childhood. Over the years, her family has also celebrated many special occasions together, such as the “Karva Chauth” pooja, where they eat before sunrise and then fast all day.
