Desired Skills

• 4+ years’ work experience in ERP/CRM applications
• Should have worked in at least couple of full cycle implementations
• Should have good accounting knowledge
• Should have good database knowledge
• Experience in Microsoft dynamics/SAP/Salesforce/NetSuite will be advantageous
• Should be able to design/implement/deploy ERP/CRM systems

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate knowledge about the business process, design business flows and study business processes and its complication.
• Prepare Flow diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams as a part of the AS IS and TO BE documents.
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and team development as required to achieve the objectives.
• Participate in knowledge share exercise in related areas of working to benefit all employees.
