Desired Skills

• 2-3 years’ work experience in ERP/CRM applications
• Should have worked on some ERP/CRM applications
• Microsoft dynamics/SAP/Salesforce/NetSuite knowledge will be beneficial
• Should have good experience in business process
• Should have good database knowledge
• Experience in building enterprise business applications in CRM/ERP/SCM or related domains is an add on advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Writing functional specifications.
• Prepare Test Data & testing it.
• Interact with client/end users & updating the status.
• Train the end users and prepare end user training material.
• Create process documents & keep them up-to-date.
