  • Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, calls, and personal visits.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
  • Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.
  • Ensure that the sales target set has been achieved.
  • Maintain and develop relations with prospective customers through meetings, phone calls and emails to get new business
  • Follow-up with existing customers

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in achieving Sales targets
  • Enable enterprises to adopt a cloud model that addresses their unique business challenges.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  • Update MIS periodically
  • Prepare weekly /monthly progress reports
  • Maintain all the records as per the requirement
